Like as the Hart by Herbert Howells, and Rene Clausen's Set Me as a Seal and In Pace.  Lovely performances of Praise to the Lord, Elizabeth Poston’s  Jesus Christ, the Apple Tree, and Requiem by Eliza Gilkyson are included, along with two works by emerging composers:  Lost in the Night by Kyle Haugen and the premiere of Stanford Scriven’s This is the Day.

New Traditions

A collection featuring beloved favorites like Shenandoah, O Day Full of Grace by F. Melius Christiansen, and The Lord Bless You and Keep You. A piece from Rachmaninoff's All Night Vigil is also included. The album particularly pays tribute to the St. Olaf choral tradition, featuring works by Olaf Christiansen, his father F. Melius Christiansen, and Kenneth Jennings. Recorded in 1994 under the direction of Jin Kim, the choir's founding music director.
